Usman Javaid is the CEO and Founder of Ricult Inc., a US-based Agri-Fintech that services over a million farmers in Pakistan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Ricult is an AI-based digital platform focused on Agriculture. Usman is a graduate of MIT, USA, and has over 20 years of management experience in top-tier multinationals.

 

In his last assignment Usman was the head of Marketing at Telenor Pakistan, and was responsible for managing a US$1 Billion + portfolio with over 36 million subscribers spread over 4 brands. He was also part of the team that launched Easy Paisa, the largest fintech app in Pakistan. Usman has also worked with Nestle, managing the brand communication of the entire Nestle brand portfolio in Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Notably, Usman Javaid was also an integral part of the team that launched Easy Paisa, the largest fintech app in Pakistan. Through his strategic insights and relentless dedication, Easy Paisa revolutionized the financial landscape by providing convenient and accessible digital financial services to millions of people.

 

Prior to his role at Telenor Pakistan, Usman worked with Nestle, a renowned multinational food and beverage company. At Nestle, he played a key role in managing the brand communication of the entire Nestle brand portfolio in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Usman’s strategic marketing campaigns and effective brand management significantly enhanced the visibility and market presence of Nestle in the region.
