Malik Faisal Qayyum, did his MBA from LUMS in 1997. After working for Pepsi Cola Bottler for a year, he joined Unilever Pakistan and worked there for six years in different leading roles of Sales and Trade Marketing. After Unilever, Faisal joined Telenor Pakistan, where he worked for 12 years at Director level.
From 2008 till 2013, he headed Sales & distribution of Telenor Pakistan and was one of the main players’ behind driving Telenor Phenomenal growth. He also established Easypaisa agent Network while working as head of Sales. From 2013 till 2017, he headed Customer Value Management & Analytics responsible for Business Intelligence, Customer Life cycle Management, Advanced Analytics, Market Research, Customer Experience Management and Service Design.
Faisal made Business intelligence modernization a reality for Telenor and made Business intelligence a center of excellence for the entire Telenor Group. He was also the Customer Centricity Champion for the entire organization.
Faisal started his own Startup HumMart (online grocery store) in 2018 as Co-founder & CEO in partnership with Hum Network. Faisal was able to grow the start up very quickly and got VCs interested. Built the entire organization from scratch, with own warehousing, logistics and call center. Faisal is currently working as CEO Reboot Consulting, helping organizations realize their full potential.
